Luce Jewelry's goal is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of return by returning the item in question within 2 days from the date you received your purchase from Luce Jewelry, as long as the item meets our return criteria. The item you purchased cannot be exchanged for another item. Please fill out and submit the contact form on our website before returning the item and we will send you an email with return address information. After receiving the email, please return it by prepayment (paid by the buyer) through your preferred shipping company. Please choose a shipping company that allows you to check the status of the delivery to ensure that we receive the returned goods and refund you.


1. Return Conditions

  • a) Only for goods with a value of less than USD3000.
  • b) The goods are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • c) Item tags and quality warranty card must not be removed. Items with stains and scratches will not be returned. In any case, the requirements detailed in the Compliance Check section below must be met.
  • d) Do not throw away the bag, box, warranty and any accessories it contained and return it to us in the same condition in which it was originally sent. We will not accept returned goods without tags or an international warranty issued by the brand.
  • e) Returns of sale items, custom made items, items ordered without being listed in the shop, and items that have been repaired or adjusted for size are not eligible for return.
  • f) If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving it.
  • g) The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    We will not accept returns sent by cash on delivery in any case.
  • h) The goods must be handed over to the delivery company within 4 days from the date of receipt by the customer.

  • If you meet all the conditions specified above, we will refund the full price of the purchased products.

    If the returned goods cannot be collected, you will be notified that any of the conditions of letters from a) to h) above have not been met.

    In this case, you may choose to have the goods delivered to you afresh at your expense. If you do not wish to make any delivery, we reserve the right to retain the goods and the purchase price of the goods in question.

    If we receive the returned products and confirm that they meet all the requirements, the customer who has made the return will be notified by e-mail of receipt of the returned products.


    2. Compliance check

    The goods must be returned in new, unused and complete condition with tags and stickers (if applicable) and as they were packaged, including all boxes and bags, accessories and documents and protective materials. We reserve the right to refuse to return any item if it shows signs of wear or use or if the item is not in its original condition at any time.


    3. Timing and procedures for refunds

    The refund procedure, regardless of the payment method used (credit card, Paypal, bank transfer) will be initiated within 10 days from the date of receipt of the return, as soon as we have confirmed that the return has been made in compliance with the above-mentioned terms and conditions.

    The length of time it takes for us to refund the purchase price depends on the payment method used.

    • In the case of credit card purchases

    The period of time depends on the credit card company you used at the time of purchase. In typical case, you will see your refund on your credit card statement in approximately 2 cycles.

    • For purchases made by bank transfer

    When you send us an email requesting a return, please provide us with the bank account information for your refund. We will refund the money to the account you specified. The money will be refunded to the account you specified in approximately 10 days after receipt of the return is confirmed.

    In the case of a gift, a refund of the price paid for the purchase will be made to the person who made the payment.

    If the item is faulty or you receive a different item than you ordered, you have up to 3 days from the date of receipt of the item to return it to us. In this case, you must still return the product in accordance with our return policy. Once the products are found to be faulty or not in accordance with the order, we will refund the shipping costs incurred by the purchaser in returning the products to us. Please note that any returns will not be accepted after 5 days from the date of receipt of the goods, even if there is a problem with the delivery of such goods and your order.


    4. Returns for defects or damage

    Returns due to manufacturer-originated defects or damage in transit may be subject to repair or replacement. In this case, we will pay for the shipping costs of the item back to the store.
