Shipping Information
Luce Jewelry delivers goods overseas through an internationally trusted shipping company.
Shipping to the United States (Duty-free and Free shipping):
All orders shipped to locations in the Continental US are shipped with duty-free and free shipping with USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Usually we ship your order from Italy to our delivery station in Oregon, and then ship to your place with USPS Priority Mail Express with insurance and signature confirmation options.
During normal season, the package takes about a week from Italy to Oregon, and about 1 to 3 days to the final destination.

Shipping to Canada (Duty-free and Free shipping):
All orders shipped to locations in Canada are shipped with duty-free and free shipping with DHL or UPS.
For import duty, we would like to ask you to kindly send us a copy of the customs paper after receiving the package. We will immediately refund the imposed duty to you via your payment method such as credit card or Paypal.
The import duty of approximately 5% to 6% of order price will be charged to you upon receiving the item.

International shipping:
All orders shipped to locations in the non-US areas are shipped free of charge via DHL, UPS or FedEx as well. Import duty, Value Added Tax (VAT) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) may apply upon receipt the package. These additional costs are the expense of the customer.

Shipment period
We purchase and ship all products from Italy after receiving orders from our customers.
It takes approximately 1 to 3 weeks to deliver ordered products to our customers.
Shipping to a destination that is not the billing address for credit card and Paypal payments
For safety reasons, Luce Jewelry ships items to a credit card billing address. If you wish to ship to a different address, please contact your credit card company and ask them to add an "alternate shipping address" to your order. This will reduce the risk of credit card fraud and we appreciate your cooperation.
Import Duty and Tax
In some countries (except US and Canada), Import duty, Value Added Tax (VAT) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) may apply at the time of delivery of the goods. These additional costs are the expense of the customer. (In most countries, Import duty for jewelry and watches stands at approximately 3 to 6 percent.)
Order cancellation
Order cancellations will only be accepted within one hour of placing your order. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for a refund for cancellations. We will contact you once the process is complete. Please understand that this may take more time depending on the amount of your refund and the conditions.
